​Hello. My name is Michael Pintar. This site is dedicated to my artwork.

I live in The Villages, a city in central Florida. My relocation from Wisconsin in 2016 is exciting and will bring new subject matter for a lot of my landscapes. My painting style is much looser; commonly referred to as "painterly". You can find me on my blog too, at michaelpintar.blogspot.com. You can also watch how many of my paintings were created by checking out YouTube and my WisconsinArtist channel. My Work

My art is 2D. I work in several different mediums including oil, acrylic, pastel, graphite and mixed media. Many of the pieces you see on my website are for sale. I'm constantly creating new work so check back or contact me via email or use the form at the bottom of this page. Payments accepted via PayPal. I ship around the world.


I also paint on location, en plein air, capturing the natural beauty of light and landscape. Working in a style known as direct painting, this is the challenge I really love most.
